Design feedback wanted: a social-video link tool on desktop and mobile

Hi, I’m part of the Nimi Wiki team and would appreciate feedback on the web design of our social-video link tool. The current page uses a dark green/black canvas, a platform row for X/Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and Bluesky, and a single paste-URL field beside the Download button.

On a narrow phone screen, is the paste field clearly the first action? Does the separate platform row help you understand the flow, or would you simplify it? I’m particularly interested in contrast, spacing and whether the left navigation competes with the main form.

Here is the live page: Nimi Wiki video page. This is our team’s project, and I’m looking for design criticism rather than requests to download content. Please respect creators’ rights and platform rules if you try it.

Design wise: it’s simple, effective, and to the point. I see no issues with what you’re trying to accomplish.

Thanks for looking, prophet. That is useful confirmation that the main paste-and-download action reads clearly, so I will avoid adding controls just for decoration. The remaining thing I want to test is the narrow-screen order: would you expect the paste field before the platform row on mobile, or does the current row help orient you without getting in the way? No need to revisit unless you have a minute.

I’d say that the current mobile design is simple, to the point, and effective. You see what you need to do, you do it. Done.
